Improv of the Absurd is a workshop I started running in 2018. The purpose of the workshop is to restore a sense of absurdity and surrealism to improv in a way that does not sacrifice discipline and comedic value. The workshop takes away the comforts and tools that improv veterans may come to rely on in order to produce pieces that are thought-provoking, bizarre, and new.
